The weekend isn’t far! In this overview I present my favorite events and things to do on May 5 and 6 in Stuttgart.
- Due to the celebration of 150 years Stuttgarter Strassenbahn AG (SSB) and 40 years Verkehrsverbund Stuttgart (VVS) groups travel for quite a cheap rate the coming weekend, May 5 and 6: the single-day-ticket is valid as a group-day-ticket and if you own a weekly, monthly or annual ticket or any other kind of an “Abo” (Scool-Abo, StudiTicket…) you can take up to 4 people for free with you on the ride!
- The Tram-European-Championchip takes place on May 5 on the grounds of SSB in Stuttgart-Möhringen. 25 teams of tram-drivers from all over Europe take part and compete with each other in several tournament like “tram bowling”. 😀 There will be food stands, live music and a special program for kids.
